This year’s Future Travel Experience EMEA (previously FTE Europe) took place in Ballsbridge (Dublin) from Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 June 2022.

This special show combined FTE EMEA with the FTE Ancillary show. Plus, the event was co-located with the FTE World Airport Retailing Summit and the FTE Lounge Innovation Forum – having made the events in the Irish capital a ‘must attend’ for a wide cross section of the travel industry.

Event theme of the three-day airline industry show

At Future Travel Experience EMEA, air transport’s digital and innovation leaders came together with creative engineers and progressive minds to shape innovative concepts and focus on ‘new thinking’ for the airline industry.

Holistic innovations as well as new ways of collaborating, designing, digital selling and reaching out to partners have been discussed, focusing on how the industry can improve customer experience, safety, sustainability, services, products and operations in the future.

The program of the Future Travel Experience EMEA

The FTE EMEA event combined conference sessions, interactive workshops, social activities and pitch sessions from several sectors – including the chance to network.

The outstanding exhibition of global industry providers as well as concentrated showcases of start-ups supported redefining the end-to-end passenger experience, including sustainability efforts and optimization of operational efficiencies.

The FTE Ancillary Conference was dedicated to airlines and airports to understand which steps are needed to boost their ancillary revenues.
