AI-driven profiling and decisioning platform claims back-to-back wins at the Travolution Awards

Frankfurt, Germany – 5 December 2022:
For the second year running, and the fifth time in total, BD4 – the travel industry’s leading AI-driven real-time profiling and decisioning platform – was named a winner at the prestigious Travolution Awards 2022.

At a gala event in London on Thursday 24 November, the German-based company won the award in the category ‘Best Use of Artificial Intelligence’ for its work with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates. The airline also claimed an award in the category ‘Best for Flying’ for its work in optimizing digital touchpoints.

By avoiding unnecessary discounting, the airline was able to streamline its booking process, increase revenue per user at a lower cost, and optimize budgets of their incentive programs.
